2. Services Provided

I offer live, online group classes and workshops related to pregnancy and postnatal wellbeing, as well as private midwifery consultations. All services are educational, supportive, and non-diagnostic.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are made online. Payment is required in advance to secure your place.
• Buy five, get one free offer may be used flexibly across pre and postnatal sessions.
• Class sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
• Missed pre and postnatal sessions without 24 hours’ notice cannot be refunded.
• Workshop and consultation bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

5. Health & Safety

• All participants must complete a health screening form before attending any class or consultation.
• You are responsible for listening to your body and informing me of any changes to your health or pregnancy status.
• I reserve the right to decline participation if I believe a service may not be safe for you.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The services I provide are complementary to — not a substitute for — medical care. Information and support are offered in good faith but do not replace individual medical advice from your GP, obstetrician, or midwife.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, class recordings, handouts) is the intellectual property of Birthing with Eve and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without my written permission.

8. Personal Data

Your personal and health information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with my Privacy Notice. By using this website, you consent to this data being processed as outlined.
